1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online shop of Lumiere.

A consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.

By clicking the button “Buy Now” (or similar), the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.

The contract is concluded when we confirm the order via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include the applicable statutory VAT (MwSt.).

Shipping costs, if applicable, are clearly indicated during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is approximately [2-7 business days].

If a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer without undue delay.

6. Payment Terms

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.

Otherwise, liability is limited to cases permitted under applicable law.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
