Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

Repayment will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Digital content if performance has begun with prior express consent

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

Customers may return goods within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.

Returned items must be in their original condition unless defective.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the goods are defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal notice.

However, we may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
